* Avoid contact with detergents as far as possible.

* To not rub your skin rigorously. Be gentle on your skin especially on areas like your lips and eyes.
* Splash water on your face, whenever you get the opportunity.
* Use oil based lotions to nourish your skin.
* Instead of ordinary make-up removers, pour a little oil in a cotton pad and use that. However, you can also use oil based make-up
* removers to remove any make-up.
* Do not use any toner since this will stretch the skin further.
* A moisturizer is a must. Use a lanolin based moisturizer to help retain your skin's natural moisture content.
* Use a night cream before going to sleep.
* Stay away from direct exposure to sun and wind as far as practicable. Use a sunscreen before venturing out in the sun. Protect your eyes with sunglasses.

* It is best not to use soap for cleaning your face. Use a gentle facial wash instead.

Homemade Remedies for Blackheads

Blackheads appear mainly due to partially blocked pores. It seems as if dirt is the actual reason for dark appearance of the blackheads. But, on the other hand, its blackness is caused by the oxidizing effect of air on the sebum (oil) in a closed up pore and the melanin pigment from the dead skin cells.

NOTE : - Before you use a scrub or a face mask, steam your face. Steam your skin by placing your face above a bowl filled with hot water for about 10 min. After that use one the following method -

Scrubbing -
Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoons of water. Mix everything thoroughly and use as a scrub and wash your face with warm water .

Soak rice in the milk for about 5 hours, grind them and make a paste. Use this as a scrub and wash your face with warm water .

Lemon peel -
Take lemon peel and rub on your face this will reduce the greasiness and that will help you to remove black heads.

Oatmeal Mask -
To 1 cup of oatmeal add a teaspoon of baking soda and 3 teaspoons of Aloe Vera juice. Mix everything and make a past. Apply this on your face, let it dry and wash your face with warm water .

Tomato rubbing -
Take a fresh tomato and cut into quarters. Rub the piece of tomato over your face and wash your face with warm water . You can do this everyday.

Almonds Mask -
Add oatmeal, grated almonds, water and make a paste. Apply it on your face and let it dry. While removing it, wet the mask with water and rub in circular motion and wash it off with lukewarm water. This acts as a scrubber and facial mask.

Egg White Mask -
Mix lemon juice with egg white and apply this on your face, let it dry, wash your face with warm water .

Astringent -
Pour few drops of Astringent on to a cotton ball and wipe your face with it. Do it in the night before you sleep.

Honey -
Apply honey directly on to your face; this helps you to remove dirt that is present on your skin. Let it dry and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

Nail stripes of various shapes, designs can be bought and used while decorating your nails. You should peel off desired stripe carefully and try using tweezers for clean effect. Starting at the cuticle, you should gently lay stripe across nail in desired position. Then, trim off the excess. Lastly, gently apply pressure with fingertip to secure it in place.

Gold & silver nail Charms:

Gold and silver charms are also a very good nail art accessory which gives a very good nail design and is easy to use. Choose the desired charm and peel off paper backing. Place it on nail in the preferred location. Gently press down with fingertip to secure.

The Cloth Effect:

Give your nails two coats of paint and then while they are still slightly wet, press a patterned (lint free) piece of cloth or chamois leather lightly on them. As the cloth is lifted, it leaves a pattern similar to the texture of the cloth on the nails.

Assorted stars & Dots:

Nail ArtYou can either use stars and dots to paint your nail or use nail polish with stars and glitter floating in them. 1.take 1 tsp of honey,1 tsp of olive oil,and 1 tsp of lime..
2..add 1 egg in it.

10 .Put plian yougrt genoursely all over your hair for 20-30mint. than wash hair, you'll have shiny soft storng ends hair

11.Before u shampoo ur hair mix 2 tsp of vinegar and egg yolk and apply on the hair by each scalp or..and leave for 15 mins u can..also add vinegar to ur shampoo..and apply..leave for 10 mins
